Christmas, New Years, Birthdays, and everything else in between

Grandma and Grandpa Barendregt
I am grateful to be a part of this two fabulous peoples lives.  As a Christmas tradition we went to my Grandma and Grandpa's Christmas party which is always the weekend before Christmas.  It is great to touch base with family that you don't get to see very often.  I also go to listen to my Grandpa's yodeling, which has become a tradition as well.  My mom says that when she was growing up my Grandpa used to sing to them all the time, and I wonder if that isn't where I got my love for singing.

My mom and her family
Christmas is always full of lots of family, I am very grateful for families and being able to spend time with them.

Carlquist Girls (from left to right) Sweet, Flirty, and Outspoken.  Not much else needs to be said.
Christmas PJ's-I have always loved getting PJ's to wear the night before Christmas!
Toys-I think that these animals have offically become our favorite thing that Santa brought to us this year.  Jase of course had to name is horse Fancy because that is what Grandma E's horses name is. Gage settled for Diego for the Tiger (Ice Age).

My Husband-I love him for so many reasons!!!
New church clothes-I can't believe how grown up both of my boys are getting to be.  The look so handsome!!

Jase turned 4!!!  I love this boy! He has been such an easy boy to raise.  When asked what we want to name our baby, he always replies "Hiccup!"  He loves to come and rub my belly and ask if the baby is going to come out yet.  Jase and Gage play so well together.  Jase loves to be outside and playing in the snow, dirt, mud, grass, anything that can make him dirty!  He loves to go and play with cousins and friends.  He rabbles things off that make no sense at all.  He will be telling you a story and then just start saying these random things and some times I wonder if he just does it to see if I am listening.

Gage thought that it was his Birthday too, and was a little disappointed when he didn't get to open any of the presents.

Gage pulls so many different faces-I love it.  He is so opinionated and stubborn that it is funny.  He wants to do everything by himself!!  Even peeling his own orange.

Gage has also found a love for animals!!  Thankgoodness for my mom and dad's pets!!  Gage snuck this cat into the house and was just sitting in a room holding him!  When I asked Gage what he was doing his reply was "the titty tat wanted me mom!"
