Baby Ava

I planned on making a baby blanket for Natalie and Tyson’s soon to be baby girl, but I was dragging my feet because I figured that she still had a month before the baby was due. Then I get an invitation to her baby shower last weekend and found out that I needed to get the blanket done in a week.

Lions, Tigers, and Bears, oh my....

Jase had an appointment up in Boise last Thursday, so we invited Natalie and Ryker to come with us and go to the Zoo while we were up there. Jase and Ryker loved the animals. Boise Zoo isn’t all that big, but it was fun to take the boys and show them the animals. I just wish that we had a zoo here in Twin so that I could take them more often.

Happy Mothers Day

I hope that all of you mothers out there had a great Mothers Day! I know that I sure did. I have been complaining for years saying that I want a garden, so this year Shane bought me two tomato plants and a cucumber plant so that I can put them in buckets. For lots of you, I am sure you are thinking "big deal," but honestly I am so excited about it.This last weekend I went to my mom's house, and Jase was so excited to see the horses. Two of her horses just had colts and they are pretty cute. He loved petting them. My mom has both the miniture horses and the regular horses. The mini's are so much fun because there are Jase's height and they are just so cute.

My baby is getting so big

Gage is 9 months old and it just seems like he has grown so fast. He has the cutest little laugh!! I will be doing something in another room, and I will hear Jase and Gage just laughing. So I will go to see what they are laughing at and Gage will be trying to help Jase do something and it makes them both laugh. Usually if Jase is laughing Gage is laughing also. Gage loves to do whatever Jase is doing, but if Gage is doing something that Jase doesn't want him to, we hear about it. The other day I walked into the room and Jase is yelling "No Jayje no" Jase's g's sound like j's. They are really such good boys. For the most part they play really well together.

I forget to turn Gage's high chair around so that he can look at me while I am doing the dishes and this is what happens

So yesterday I was working in the kitchen when I turn to see what Gage is doing and this is what I find.

He has started pulling himself up on things. I just am not ready for this yet.

He has the bluest eyes and the cutest little smile, it just melts my heart

I decided that I would even the odds for Gage. If you look at Jase's face he looks like the weight is killing him!!

Jase is such a character. Everyday he brings me either the ball and mit or the bat. He loves to pitch the ball to me or bat. If he isn't handing be the bat, ball, or mit, then it is the basketball. "Shoot ball, mom."
